(ME) on your home page with no commission to pay. The travel suppliers, mostly
hotels in this instance, rents ManagEasy
on a yearly basis at a cost of $US 500. This provides a hotel with a fully enhanced ManagEasy on its own web domain. It then becomes the hotel’s own, secure, authenticated, easy and flexible e-commerce reservation, promotion and management system. It operates solely from the hotel’s
own web domain. The day to day adding of prices
and information is completely controlled by the hotel. As there are no
third parties involved, there is
no commission to pay. The consumer accesses these prices and information by clicking a “book now” or “check offers” button on the hotel’s web site. A selection is made from the “offers”, credit card details are securely entered, a button is clicked and the deal is done. At this stage the credit card is authorized only. No money is captured. The authorized credit card secures the booking and the client pays the hotel in the usual manner. There
is an optional extra to this package, there is also a guarantee, and
there is a commission of 15%. This option provides the hotel a
complete e-commerce solution. It allows the hotel to take advantage
of the power and audience of The Activelifestyle Travel Network
by
paying a commission to Activelifestyle. In order to ensure that Activelifestyle has something to sell, the hotel provides a guarantee of one available room at all times.
Activelifestyle provides a hotel information page, and the ManagEasy application system to process the orders. There are no hotel contact
numbers included in this plan. In this instance Activelifestyle
processes all requests and reservations with a commission fee of 15% on
each confirmed order. In
most cases the client makes
payment directly to the hotel and Activelifestyle invoices the hotel for
its commission. The prices offered by Activelifestyle are the same
prices that the hotel is offering on its own domain. The Activelifestyle guarantee! We are so confident in our ability to sell rooms in any hotel, anywhere, that we will guarantee the hotel that we will do at least $500 In reservations within the contracted year. If for any reason we do not, we will continue the arrangement without charge until such time as we do. |
