ManagEasy
and Activelifestyle
Bangkok: |
ManagEasy Don’t
like the idea of pre-payment? No problem, provide us with a significant
discount and 1 room to sell and we’ll work for you.
With this option once again the
responsibility for processing bookings and requests remains with
Activelifestyle. And there is no ManagEasy
on the hotel’s web site. There are also no contacts or
links from Activelifestyle to the client hotel’s domain. What we require here is a
discount of at least 40% off
the hotel’s published rates. We also require the guarantee of 1 room
to sell whenever the hotel is open. Once all of that is in place
Activelifestyle will set to work representing the hotel in as many
domains as it feels would be appropriate. We may set our prices at
anything from 5% above our discounted rate to the full “rack” rate,
depending upon the time of year and prevailing conditions. Activelifestyle and the hotel
will come to an individual agreement as to whether Activelifestyle takes
full payment from the client or payment is made directly by the client
to the hotel. In the latter case Activelifestyle would invoice for their
commission. Activelifestyle may also use its
discount privileges to feature the hotel in any “Last Minute” or
“Best Price” promotion it is running. The
barter option. Pay US$5,000 in rooms, not in cash, In this scenario the hotel buys a
minimum of $US 5,000 worth of exposure on selected ALS domains. The
hotel also gets
ManagEasy
on its own
domain and basically as many pages as it needs to sell on the
Activelifestyle network. Activelifestyle earns no commissions on sales made directly through the hotel with this option. As this option is commission free, and there is no third party involved, contact details, emails and links are featured. The hotel pays for all of this in
rooms, with the one room option mandatory. We then can market sell the
rooms under our own banner and charge for them according to the season
and situation. We also may use this barter to
run promotions and sell the hotel at very low rates. There can be no
“black out” periods for the one room. |
