The Activelifestyle Travel Network (ALS) is made up of The Activelifestyle Multi Media Travel Network (Thailand) Co., Ltd. based in Thailand, The Activelifestyle Mall Corporation USA, and the Activelifestyle Travel Network based in Hamilton, Bermuda. Each of these bases has a unique and independent function. The Bangkok office is responsible for production and management; New York handles all on-line credit card transactions; and Hamilton is the banking and holding company center. The Hamilton office owns all of the assets of the complete network, including all of the domain names and applications produced by Activelifestyle. This is regardless of the registration name shown on-line, as this could simply be a holdover from pre-investment days and has yet to be updated. income for the Activelifestyle Travel Network. We list them here in no
particular priority order of merit or worth. ALS earns income from the sale of profiles on its various WWW domains to travel industry suppliers. ALS earns income from the rental of ManagEasy (ME) its on line reservation, promotion and management application. ALS earns income from on line reservations for hotels, tours and other travel supplies ALS will also earn from sales made through its “Best Price” travel network. ALS will also earn income from the sale of air tickets and packaged air tours created by ALS. |
